A family restaurant on Lake Constance
The Krone am See is run as a family business. Managing director Gabriella Meinhard and Marko Meinhard work continuously on improvements and goals, committed to serving honestly cooked food on Lake Constance.
What sets us apart: short distances, regional producers, a team that thinks along instead of just ticking off tasks. We rely on craftsmanship, fresh produce and dishes that breathe with the season every day.
Our house sits right on the shore. The terrace offers a view that others would travel on holiday for.
How we cook
There is no classic head chef and no rigid hierarchy here. We are a tight-knit team that authentically stands behind real, cooked food. Everyone contributes, everyone has a voice.
Especially young, talented cooks get the stage to show themselves here. You can taste it: honest, crafted, with heart.
