Accessibility statement

Last updated: November 2026

Our aim

We want every guest to be able to use our website, including with a screen reader, keyboard or enlarged text. We follow the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA.

What works well

The site can be used entirely with a keyboard. Images have descriptions, forms have labelled fields and text has sufficient contrast. If you choose "reduce motion" in your device settings, the site is shown without animations. The site is available in German and English.

What is not yet accessible

The menu as a PDF file is not fully prepared for screen readers. The same menu is, however, available in full as text on our home page. The Google Maps map comes from Google and cannot be adapted by us, so the address and a link to directions are also shown as text.

Feedback and contact

Have you come across a barrier? Write to us or give us a call, we are happy to help and can also take your reservation by phone. You will find our contact details in the legal notice.

Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the German market surveillance authority for the accessibility of products and services (MLBF) in Magdeburg.
